| |  | | Based in Overijse, the BIA company is specialized in the sale and the service of equipments intended for the public works, for the mines and quarries, in Belgium and in Africa. Bia is also exclusive importer in the Benelux and central Africa for the brand Komatsu. Bia wished to optimize its internal procedures and to eliminate the paperwork in workshops and on assignments to the customers.

The management also wished to automate and simplify the planning of their fifty technicians (internal and external), the recording of their assignment as well as the process of invoicing. The Mobile Token‘s solution “mt celero”, specially studied for the technical services and the construction, was implemented within Bia. It takes into account two workers' types: the field technicians and those who work in workshop. The schedule of the activity of these two categories is internally managed by, “mt modis”, a planning & dispatching software also developed by Mobile Token.

| | Thanks to this tool, the management of the activity is standardized, so inside as outside of the workshop. The tasks are automatically communicated to the relevant persons.
The recording automation of the assignment/ work order of the workshop workers was set up via a solution based on touch-sensitive screen.
| |  | | | | The mt celero application also settled on the field workers’s laptop allows the complete automation of the communication of the tasks to the technicians. Furthermore, it allows them to easily and quickly send back to the company information about their work order: the start/end of an assignment and its duration, the traveled distance to reach the work-site, detail about used component, comments… The technicians will even be able to manage their stock and will have access to the interventions spent on a machine history.
