Based in Libramont, , in the province of Luxembourg, the Jérouville company is specialized in public and private works.
Created at the beginning of 1970s, Jérouville S.A. has always been working in a customer oriented mind and care to deliver a high level of work. It is thus quite naturally that it chose the Mobile Token solutions to accompany its growth.

As numerous active companies in the construction field, the Jérouville company wished to optimize the management of its staff (more than hundred of workers, about fifteen foremen and site responsible), vehicles and site machines.
To obtain better efficiency and to increase its productivity gains, Jérouville also wished to automate the exchanges of information between the various staff categories and the planning team. Besides, it wanted to be able to geo - locate its numerous equipments and dispose of schedules for vehicles.
Reduce the use of paper and the oral transmission of the information, better measure and control the operational processes… the expectations were numerous. But so were the possibilities of Mobile Token!

| | About the staff, Mobile Token suggested to take into account their availabilities but also their skills and the training courses followed by each. Taking into account the skills is very important because, at Jérouville, most of the workers are versatile and multi-specialized.
By construction site, was thus needed a list of the workers and the requirement as well in men as in equipments. To reach the various places of works, Mobile Token suggested modifying the departures management to the various construction sites (of course by taking into account the number of available places by vehicles).
| |  | | | | In order that each can arrange all the necessary information, very easily and at a low cost, a simple SMS is sent to all the concerned addressees with information about date and departure hour as well about the construction site to join and about the vehicle to to get there. As our solutions work on all kind of supports, Jérouville did not have to proceed to new expensive purchases to equip the staff. All the information is received on a simple GSM.
The Mobile Token solutions allow the S.A. Jérouville to manage the training courses of the staff, to dispose of reports and detailed overview about working time… All the combinations of reports are possible and practicable very simply. They are obviously printable and can be shown to the staff or the management.
About the site vehicles, the problem was a little bit different. A crane, for example, can stay several weeks in the same place. How to know in these conditions when it is really used and how long? When must it be revised? By equipping all these materials by some technologies connected with our solutions, the management of these machines and their maintenance is now made in a wink of eye. Thanks to the Mobile Token solutions, Jérouville has considerably simplified the administration of its staff and its vehicles. From now on, personalized reports allow it a better follow-up of the skills and the costs and the track and trace simplifies the organization and the management of the fleet.
