  • Appointments can be created easily according to staff availability (scheduled visits, visits in progress, holiday, sick leave, training) and relevant skills.

  • Customer calls can be dealt with efficiently since you have direct access to their data and historical information (including a list of customer calls).

  • You can log in from any computer over the internet to pull up a list of visits and progress status (visits pending, visiting in progress, visits completed).

ACT
  • Field staff use their mobile phones to check their schedule, record their working time and input comments about their visits.

  • They can pull up a list of assignments along with all relevant data: company name, address, contact person, phone number and manager's comments.

  • They can click on icons to easily record the start/end of their working day, the start/end of each assignment and any relevant comments. And they can even do all this if there is no mobile phone coverage in their area!

  • Data in the mobile phone and central computer can be synchronised. The list of assignments is updated. The worker's mobile phone automatically exchanges assignment data with the central computer.
