- Appointments can be created easily according to staff availability (scheduled visits, visits in progress, holiday, sick leave, training) and relevant skills.
- Customer calls can be dealt with efficiently since you have direct access to their data and historical information (including a list of customer calls).
- You can log in from any computer over the internet to pull up a list of visits and progress status (visits pending, visiting in progress, visits completed).

- They can pull up a list of assignments along with all relevant data: company name, address, contact person, phone number and manager's comments.

- Data in the mobile phone and central computer can be synchronised. The list of assignments is updated. The worker's mobile phone automatically exchanges assignment data with the central computer.
